When: Friday, December 5, from 5:00 – 8:00pm

What: The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe comes alive with holiday cheer and good tidings including an array of festive activities for the whole family including, for the first time ever, an outdoor ice skating rink in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe.

Highlights include:

Christmas Tree

A 20-foot lit Christmas tree will hover above the evening festivities and serve as the perfect backdrop to an enchanting holiday celebration.

Official tree lighting ceremony to begin at 6:00pm.

Ice Skating Rink, December 5 – January 4

Guests will be transported to a winter wonderland when The Inn unveils its first annual outdoor synthetic ice-skating rink. Enjoy skating in the ranch under the allure of festive twinkle lights and the stately 25-foot Christmas tree on the front lawn of The Inn.

December 5 – December 19

o Monday – Friday, 2:45 – 9:00pm

o Saturday – Sunday, 10:00am – 9:00pm

December 20 – January 4

o Monday – Sunday, 10:00am – 9:00pm

Cost per session (including skate rentals)

o 12 years and older $18.00

o Under 12 – $15.00

o Groups of 10 or more receive $2.00 off per person

o Cost is for a three hour session

Photos with Santa

Children will enjoy sharing their Christmas wish list with Santa when he makes his pre-Christmas pit stop at the Inn. A festive memento, 5 x7 professional photos just $10.00.

Soup Competition with Local Restaurants

Who serves the best soup? Let your taste buds decide as you savor tastings from local Rancho Santa Fe restaurants and chefs. The competition will take place in the Croquet Cottage and guests may be the judge with a $5.00 contribution. Proceeds to benefit Cornerstone Therapeutic Riding Center.

Adding to the fun will be:

Traditional carolers from the Full Measure Holiday Carolers group

Fire pits for marshmallow roasting and toasting

Hot chocolate and hot mulled wine
