It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas in The Ranch!

It's Beginning to look a lot like christmas - Janet Lawless Christ & Co.

Dear Santa,

This year, I am NOT going to ask you to slip a sable under the tree for me (Although I want to give you fair warning — if given any opening whatsoever Susan Muha is glad to break into her infamous rendition of “Santa Baby” from which I just stole that line.) What I AM going to ask you for are some special favors that will enhance the joy of this merriest of seasons around the Club!

First, can you sprinkle your special Holiday elf dust on all naughty and nice RSF Association members and their guests in the hopes that they will actually READ this article, pick up a flyer, notice their e mail, or check the website this month? That way, come January we won’t hear anyone remark in their best Grinch-esque (Yes, that is a word. Look it up.) voice “I never knew ANY of these super fun and festive events were happening at the Club!”

And dear St. Nick, once our fine community members and their invited pals have come alive – just like the Whos down in Whoville on that cheery Christmas morning — can you please nudge them in the direction of making reservations and NOT pulling a no-show, because our loyal staff of Holliday elves work themselves silly to accommodate everyone?

So, Santa, start making your list and checking it twice. First the Club is changing up the vibe with a Holiday Dinner and Concert on Sunday, December 6 beginning at 6:30 featuring a hip and trendy twist on Christmas Caroling with a modern edge. The Tinseltones are sure to warm even the cold, cold heart of Ebenezer Scrooge with their beautiful classic and jazz melodies.

Then, Father Christmas, the following Sunday, December 13 9:00 AM – 2:30PM the girls and boys of Toy Land will have a jubilee at the Santa Day Brunch! The Club magically will transform itself into a Toy Land town all around the Christmas tree with activities and entertainment! (And lots of Holiday libations for good Moms and Dads too!)

And Santa, once you have scurried down the chimneys around the world, what are you doing New Year’s Eve? Well please encourage our members and guests to gather at the Club promptly at 7:30 in their best denim and Bling! What a wild and wonderful way to ring in the New Year? There will be a fantastic four course dinner,, hosted wine (That’s what I’m talking about…) a midnight champagne toast, gaming, live music and dancing! And the best part of all? It’s all at our club so the Uber commute home will be just minute away!

So now you know Santa! We surely know how to make our hearts light and the Yuletide bright. Faithful friends who are dear to us can gather near to us throughout the season thanks to the endless devotion of our management and staff.

So Santa Dear, here is my biggest wish of all. Can you bring us peace on Earth and goodwill toward all women, men, girls, boys and pets? Now THAT would be the greatest gift of all.

Thanks Santa in advance, we will leave a light on and the cookies and milk out for you. Don’t stress about your weight and stay hydrated on Christmas Eve!
