One of our luxury Rancho Santa Fe listings, 6550 Paseo Delicias, sits on the edge of the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Course and has incredible views from the balcony of the 2nd story master bedroom.
However during the time it has been on the market, we have learned from potential buyers that while the master was designed with impeccable taste, it presents a potential issue for the less mobile individuals who may find it difficult to walk up and down the stairs to get to the room.
Because of this, we asked Kelly Dixon of Nature Designs to come up with a renovation rendering of where an elevator could be installed simply within the home without interfering with upon any of the existing liveable areas (See above).
